Having had a great time on the London Eye we then caught the boat and cruised the Thames down to Greenwich to see the Cutty Sark. Daniel loved the boat and was all over the place as were the girls. A fab time had by all.

Friday 31 August 2012- London Eye
With the Malachowski family we headed for London and our first stop was the London Eye. It was an amaxingly clear day and you could see for miles, in fact Ruby told me she could see the WHOLE WORLD out there!

We went to Ayr to celebrate the wedding of our neighbours son Martin & Sarah. The wedding was at Fishburne Parish church and the reception at Sarah's family home in Dunure- what a fabulous please for the reception with amazing views over the sea. Note my very POSH outfit......
Hartlepool- 23-24 August 2012
Visited Hartlepool and stayed on the Marina. Had a good time and visited the town and cinema in the evening went to see the new Bourne Legacy. Visited Michael's Auntie Mary and Cousin Pauline. Visited the Hartlepool museum and Michael tried out a hammock, good job it was only 6 inches off the ground because he fell out of it!
London 11 August 2012
We went to London for the day and walked miles! We started at Bond Street walked along Oxford St, Regent St into Trafalgar sq, where we had a snack and drink then to Green Park via Pall Mall, rerouted because othe Olympic Walking race that had just taken place.
Visit the exhibition at Buckingham Palace, visited the gardens and then walked some more to find a tube station to come home. A really great Day. The feeling in London was amazing and so fantastic
Chatsworth - In the Gardens and the Water
We had our picnic in the gardens, accompanied by a duck that was very interested in our food!
Amber and Phoebe had to walk down the rill from top to bottom. Later we found some statues that resembled Amber and Phoebe

We took Amber and Phoebe to Chatsworth House and started our adventures at the Adventure Playground. Note the Big Kid!!!!
